She knew when she started school for Massage Therapy that she wanted to work on the medical side of it. She loves learning new things everyday about the human body. Her main goal as a therapist is to help clients understand more that massage isn't a luxury, it's a lifestyle.

Licensed Massage Therapist
Robert is a New York state licensed massage therapist and graduate of the Swedish Institute. He is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Robert has a great passion for health and wellness and believes that you can improve your physical and mental health through regular massages and stretching. His modalities include Deep tissue, Sports massages, Medical massages, and Assisted stretching.
Shelly-Ann Rueda
Licensed Massage Therapist
Shelly-Ann has been practicing medical massage for 12 years. She graduated from New York College for health professions. She learned both Eastern and Western Massage techniques, along with other modilties. Such as orthopedic massage, pre-natal cupping, and guasha, to name a few. She did her clinical training with the Colombia University sports complex. She was also a part of the medical team in 2019 at ocean Breeze complex at staten Island, NY With Team USA Olympic track and field meet. Shelly-Ann takes pride in helping her patients heal. She loves her profession.
Shakirah Stewart

Shakirah Stewart has a multifaceted career spanning wellness, education, performance and management. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from SUNY Purchase College and a Massage Therapy license from Pacific College of Health and Science, Shakirah combines creativity, holistic health expertise, and strong leadership skills in every role she undertakes.
Having worked at esteemed establishments like The Guerlain Spa at the Plaza Hotel and Q.C. Terme on Governors Island, Shakirah possesses a remarkable ability to understand and connect with her clients on a deeper level. She specializes in various modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and a blend of Eastern and Western techniques.
Another distinctive aspect of Shakirah is her background as a professional dancer. With over a decade of experience, she has toured internationally, showcasing her talent in more than 25 cities. Shakirah has performed in celebrated productions such as DANCE by Lucinda Childs and Einstein on the Beach by Robert Wilson. Additionally, she founded and directed Shakirah’s Summer Dance Classes, where she taught and mentored aspiring young dancers, nurturing their understanding of dance as an art form. Educated, adaptable, and passionate about helping others, she thrives in roles where creativity, health, and leadership intersect.
